The DM,DN reveals his Camino De Santiago schedule (PLUS a powerful lesson that will transform your real estate investing business)

So I'm sitting here, packing up for the 2 month trip to Europe. Leaving on Sunday May 5th 2013.

(I'll show you the first leg of the schedule in a sec, with the timeline and a pic of my craziness about to happen).

I'm sharing this with you NOT to impress but to accomplish a couple things for you:

1. Think about this: How many business owners do you know can take off and be 100% remote with ZERO PHONE for 2 months and live their dreams while their business is growing? There aren't many of us. (Heck, even the "gurus" haven't figured this one out!)

2. See how to do deals virtually: You'll be witness to deals being done while I'm out of the country. We have some cool things up our sleeve to share with you while I'm walking in Spain to show you that this business can be ran 100% remotely... even from hotel or condo rooms after a long day of walking. (Hint: Not only can you do it remotely but this will also prove once and for all you can do deals even if you haven't quit your day-job yet… because my temporary "day job" will be walking!)

3. I want to share this journey with you!: It's not going to be easy walking 490 miles in 42 days. In fact, there will be days when it will be hard. But I'll keep you posted via email, I'll be uploading videos of the trip, and I'll be sharing details about the deals I'm doing while traveling. I want to inspire you and there might be days when I just can't put one more foot in front of the other and I may need you to inspire me, too!

4. Who is teaching you? I challenge you to contact any mentor you have and ask them if they can take off from their business for 42 days. Heck most can't go 1 day let alone a week, so I'm not just TALKING about it I actually do run the business virtually; the business doesn't run me. (Re-read the last sentence.)

I'VE BEEN TRAVELING FOR YEARS BUT THIS TIME IT'S DIFFERENT. (FIND OUT WHY...)

With that said, I've got to admit it's a scary feeling. Almost like you're leaving your first born behind but you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

I mean, I've been traveling since December 1st, 2010 (2.5 years) now and I plan on doing another 2.5 years...

... But this trip is different.

For starters, I'm walking. I'm usually on a beach with a cocktail in my hand and a cigar, enjoying the beach and the water and sunshine – as I was doing in the video I did here for you on Monday.

But this trip is different because it PUSHES me out of my comfort zone ... BIG TIME!

I mean, this is 180 degrees from anything I or Deena have ever done! I'm all about getting out of my comfort zone. I become a better person and more importantly, my business becomes better as well.

You see, it's all about the structure of the business and what your goals are with your business. But trust me when I tell you this: While on this journey, deals will be flowing and business will run as if I was sitting in an office in Florida instead of walking through the centuries-old path of Camino De Santiago.

Truth is, you wouldn't know if I was in an office or in a foreign country as the way I've structured my business is ran from anywhere. So while the so-called real estate investing gurus are answering their phone and chained to their desks (they can't go anywhere because they're afraid they're going to miss a call), or selling you the DREAM from a stage traveling state to state, city to city , I'll be walking with Deena on an ancient path that millions have taken before. No ringing phones at all! Just pure bliss.

So, I may be crazy but I'm off on the 42 day trek across northern Spain, known as the Camino De Santiago and I leave on Sunday, May 5th.

I want to share my schedule with you so you can see the craziness that I'm about to embark upon starting at 7 AM EST Sunday morning.

Here's my travel schedule starting Sunday morning:

Sunday at 7 AM: (Flight) Ft Lauderdale, to NYC (JFK).

Arrive in NYC around 10:30ish. Carmel Car Service swoops us up and whisks us off to a very cool hotel in the City on 54th ST. (If you're in NYC, hit me up!).

Sunday: Hang out and get a couple drinks with Deena and meet my famous TV actor buddy, and connect with a couple guys who have bought 7 properties off of me in the last 6 months. (They have more to invest).

Monday meeting at 7 AM: 3 meetings. First one is at Starbucks with a loyal fan from my list. Then a lunch meeting with my Deal Coordinator who lives in Long Island. Then a 2 PM meeting with a private investor.

5 pm: Carmel Car Service picks Deena and I up at our cool hotel and swoops us to the airport.

Arrive at JFK airport and fly to Paris on an overnight flight (This is a major trick to game the time change and not have jet lag).

Tuesday: arrive in Paris 1 PM Paris time.

Driver picks us up and swoops us to our Hotel – it has a view of the Eiffel tower. (I know romantic right?) It's for Deena, I swear :)

Wednesday: Hang out in Paris all day. (We've been before so have seen most of the tourist things). One meeting with an investor buddy who is traveling to Paris randomly – we're going to connect and talk shop.

Thursday: 5 AM, Driver picks us up and takes us to the airport.

Off to Biarritz, France (1.5 hour flight)

Arrive in Biarritz airport (8:30 AM)

Hotel Ramuntcho -- a 16 room hotel

Driver picks us and takes us 1 hour 20 minutes to St Jean Pied De Port France. Arrive on the 9th.

Stay all night at the Hotel Ramuntcho (pictured to the right).

Then we wake up at 4:30 AM, eat breakfast, and then it all STARTS...

NOW IT'S GETTING REAL!

The "Real Journey" – the Camino walk – starts for Deena and I on the 10th. The goal is to start walking at 5:30 AM to get a jump on it... we're morning people so this shouldn't be an issue.

First day of walking: 26 KM (16.15 miles)

Sounds fun right? lol... see the image below to see the daily walk schedule for the 42 days. I tried to get it as clear as possible for you to view. (We do have a couple days off to visit the cities but I'm guessing not enough days off.)

Fun fact: We just booked up everything yesterday because I feel you can get better deals on trips like this when you wait toward the last minute. Many would be scared to death to wait for the last minute but, from my experience, plane tickets and hotels typically have last minute specials and we did get a great price on all of our trip. (... At least that's what Deena told me :) )

With that said, I'm not going on the cheap here, so I'm not going to talk about how to save a buck or two by choosing middle-row seats at the very back of the plane. The only part of the plane I need to be on is the front where all the BAD kids have to sit :) (Hmmm... interesting. As students, we all wanted to sit at the back of the bus but on the plane we adults have to pay 4 times the amount to sit in the front. I may have been on to something when the bus driver always made me sit up front because of some sort of shenanigans I was up to).
